"Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. Grest price and great location. Check in was easy and quick. Got to the room to find only 1 bed, despite the booking being for 2 adults and 1 child. Back down to reception to ask if a single bed could be set up to be met by quite possibly the most abrupt and rude person this hotel employs. Was met with "we only do double beds, did you not read your booking!" "Well, we might have a single bed but can you not see how busy we are." Now personally, it is...

"Room was in the 5th floor so nice and quiet. Very close to the OVO so was ideal for us. Less than 5 minute walk. Room was clean and fine for a one night stay. Price was reasonable."

The car park the hotel mention (Ashton road) is not actually free. Drove to Kirklee road through Botanical gardens which is 10 min walk away"
