"The property is exactly as it was stated. Something to know is that if you go in the very cold winter time, the top floor is plenty warm but the main floor is noticeably cooler. There is a space heater we could have used, but we just stayed in our bedrooms the whole time. It was so cold that we left the faucets running all day while we were gone, and the water meter still froze and then busted. We had to book a hotel room for a one night stay just so we could use their water to use the bathroom...

"A group of 6 adults and two dogs for two nights in Nashville. We cooked two meals in the kitchen with plenty of utensils. We were very comfortable in the house and the big fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The only issue we had was the coded lock not working properly but they sent someone out right away to get it fixed. "

"Our family had a great stay over Christmas this year. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the equipment to cook our meals which is really nice for a rental house! The host was very responsive to any messages and was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly recommend this house and we would definitely come back here and stay again!!"
