"Stayed for 3+ weeks and worked remotely. Very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs (fenced backyard!). House had everything we needed for our extended stay. Location was ideal - all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit were within a mile of the house. Covered porch was our favorite hangout place and we even had a private concert from there when a neighbor had a party with a live band across the street. "

"The house was spacious and cute, perfect for our group of 12 girls. We loved the multiple outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy dinner outside. The walkability to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, and music venues is unbeatable. Plus, it's only a 5-minute drive to downtown Broadway. Highly recommend this place for its location and spaciousness. We had an unforgettable stay! You have to stay here for your trip to Nashville!"

"Cozy and clean. Nice table in the kitchen to enjoy meals. Keurig coffee maker and everything you need to cook and eat, just bring your food. Fireplace is lovely, we didn't use the TV. Furniture is comfortable. Beds are comfortable, trundle bed is a little squeaky. Linens are clean and lots of towels in the bathrooms. House is dark, but has lots of lights. Very cute pull chains on ceiling fans (light bulbs for light and fans for fan). Enough plug ins to charge your items. The WiFi was...

"We loved the house. Everything was as pictured. There is an outdoor cat in the area (we heard it at night). It wasn’t a problem for us but we think it was affecting our allergies a bit. Neighborhood was quiet. We loved going to the coffee shop and to the nearby park. Our only concern was when we went to a local grocery store. There was a group hanging around there causing problems. "
