"Lots of outside noise. Construction and dogs barking. Difficult to sleep. Poor location. Great hotel but two roads outside of hotel were closed. Recommend guests stay in downtown Cairo. Close to Giza is very rugged crowd and rugged roads. Power went out 3x during stay but came back on quickly "

" was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95."
