The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view over Cairo was a lovely bonus. "I really enjoyed my stay, I was treated exceptional and having airport transportation both ways was a major plus as I arrived at 3AM and departed at 2AM and this was included in my hotel reservation at no additional cost. The area was safe and the staff made me feel like family. Ashraf, the front desk night manager, offered me food and refreshments upon my arrival, very attentive. Mahmoud was prompt and anticipated my needs when it came time to relax on the rooftop, with that amazing view of the pyramids. George was the hotel driver who went above and beyond helping me get a sim card for my cellphone. The chefs there spoiled me and made very delicious traditional dishes that are vegan friendly, fillled with flavor. They really take pride in thier food. The owner, Adam was onsite and a very kind man. I am a solo traveler that really appreciated the personal attention. larger hotels don't feel as welcoming. I will definitely return here, I feel like I made genuine connections. Five stars all the way!"
