"I came to Milan for a conference, and the hotel was well located for that (just a block away from the conference center and a metro stop). The hotel was clean and everything worked in the room, and the staff was helpful at checkin and very friendly. One minor negative: there was some road noise and wind-related noise during a storm that woke me up at night. Earplugs worked great but were unnecessary most nights."

"The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante". Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items. "
