"I had booked a lake view room, they gave me one which was infront of the pool with zero privacy. Everyone enjoying the pool just infront of the room. We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Overall the resort is good, the view is worth the money and food is awesome too"

"Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. "

What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional attitude of the staff, whether it was the Front Office team, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, or Dining staff. Everyone greeted us with a smile, was proactive and was always ready to assist. It made for a fantastic overall experience!"
