I made 10 calls over 5 hours and then sat at the reception area only then they resolved the issue, that too after making multiple excuses. 2) There is no wifi reception in the rooms so do not hope to get any work done in the room. 3) There was no room service as they told me that when there is a function going on in the hotel they close room service. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. The room was clean but quite basic, and the amenities could use a bit of an upgrade.
