"Beautiful property with attentive and friendly staff. I got engaged here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room overlooked the courtyard and the grapevine field behind it. I never needed anything because the experience was so well thought out. Plus it is close to aix-en Provence which was nice if you want to go into town. My literal only began is that we weren’t fans of the restaurants for the price. We are Americans and my fiance is pretty picky, so it could be cultural differences or personal preferences. Overall this place was absolutely stunning. It felt like a dream and was easily in my top best hotel stays. Every detail was perfect from the comfort of the bed to the softness of the towels. Everything was luxurious and I highly recommend staying here. "

"Turns out they were closed on the day of our checkin which we were not aware of. We tried to call and no one answered. We finally got a number for emergencies and he gave us the code to the safe with our key. When we got to the place they had not prepared at all. The beds were not made, there was no soap or cleaning items to towels yet checkout required us to wash dishes. The electricity was also off so we had to find the electrical box. The WiFi also didn’t work. When we tried to calll back the emergency number no one answered."
