"This little home was the perfect getaway for myself and two friends on the lead up to christmas. The house was beautifully finished, cosy and clean. We loved the wood burner and the Christmas decorations. The home is just off Harbour Street, which was just a treasure trove of little shops, wine bars and restaurants. My American friend who had never ventured out of London before said she felt like she was in the holiday!Thank you for the perfect weekend, we will definitley be back!"

"Tim came to the rescue! We had been planning my daughters Hen celebrations since last October. Everything going to plan until ......... The accommodation we had originally booked had to be cancelled on the day we were due to depart due to no water in the area! Panic! Until we found Tim's property. "Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!"

"I really liked the bedrooms and the size of the property for 9 of us was perfect... The location and driveway were so convenient, litterally across the road from all the amenities. The property isn't perfect.... The bathroom and downstairs showeroom are very poorly finished and as a consequence have exposed wall, sub flooring and chipboard. There is also a substantial problem with mold in the showroom as there is no extractor (though weirdly a hole has been cut in the tiles to accommodate...

"Very helpful host, comfortable house. Interesting area. Parking is free outside but it can be hard to find a space! A few small points to be sorted in the house, almost certainly fixed by now. All in all, we had a good break. "

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."
