"The stay at Balmoral was exactly what we needed. Clean and good facilities with a superb breakfast spread laid on and clear instructions throughout. Unfortunately we were doing a huge bike ride early on the Saturday morning and couldn’t take advantage of all of the food provided. The checking in and checking out process for us was ideal given our late arrival and early check out and took a lot of anxiety away from the whole ordeal. "OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
