"Showed up to check in an no one answered the door. Knocked on every door and called. Didn't get an answer by phone until after I had to find another room elsewhere. Only good thing was that I was not charged any fees, which of course I shouldn't have been."

"We came to Gilbert to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails. This cabin was cozy and private. The cabin was close to Gilbert for the convenience of groceries, gas and restaurants and also trail heads to the trails. We did not use the hot tub and the tv wasn’t working but the available WiFi was sufficient to keep us occupied in the evening. Would definitely stay again."

"Very Nice. Myself and friend’s previously stayed here and very close to Hatfield Trails and Outlaw trails. The garage is nice to store your UTV’s in at night for a peace of mind. The owner provides firewood for a relaxing evening around the pit after a long day on the trails. We will stay here again when we’re ready for our next riding adventure."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The driveway is very overwhelming as it is not a straight shot and has many inclines that can be difficult with a trailer. If you want hot water for showering after the trails you may want to check first as the water heater continues went out and needed to contact owner on occasion."
