"Conveniently situated and relatively quiet. I had been given a slightly bigger room as I believe it was a quiet period for bookings; I would have found a room smaller than that to be a little cramped. The facilities were adequate though the quality of the wi-fi and of the very limited choice of tv channels was a little frustrating. "Very charming place made up of a row of townhomes that have been beautifully restored. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The full breakfast offered many delicious options. Haymarket was about a 10-15 minute walk to the key tourist destinations. As we had tougher weather, we ended up with more Ubers back and forth to the hotel, but they were very reasonable fares. "

"Great for an overnight stay in Edinburgh at the weekend. Brilliant location and the room was really nicely done. The only issue to note was noise, although you couldn’t hear the bar music from the room on the third floor, you could hear other bars and people on the street outside well into the morning. Not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper"
