"Elisabeth and Fritz are lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. They even sold us eggs and fresh farm milk. The farm is spick and span, and we were welcome to explore the surroundings. We would stay at Altoesch again anytime! Eve"

"Gemütlich ist etwas anderes, die Zimmer sehr groß und es steht nichts an Möbeln drinne. Etwas Stoff für ein gemütliches Flair, Fehlanzeige. Dusche in der Badewanne, für Ältere gefährlich und der Zeit in keinster Weise entsprechend. Zimmer konnten zum Teil nicht verdunkelt werden um ein Aufheizen zu vermeiden. "For the price and location near Interlaken stations, this property was good. We were there to hike the mountains not to stay indoors. The location above a several restaurants was noisy at night and near construction in the morning. Usual city inconveniences. "

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
