"Great location. Easy street parking, but there is a pay lot just around the corner if needed. When we first arrived, we thought the location wasn’t exactly aesthetically pleasing, but the area was completely safe and walkable. The building is extremely quiet. If we hadn’t met a few people in the elevator, we wouldn’t even know there were people in the building. The unit is as pictured. It could use a good deep cleaning.
