"The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the staff were very personal and helpful. I was very unhappy with the location of the hotel. Although it was very close to metro it was full of homeless people sleeping at the entrance and also in the park directly across the street from the hotel entrance. Didn't feel safe to walk alone in the evening. "

Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350"

"Very nice, clean hotel if not slightly stark. Room large. No kettle in room as in UK hotels. Staff kind and courteous. Beautiful garden and pleasant outlook from the restaurant. Will definitely use again."
