"Staff were lovely, location cool for Wall history. Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350"

"Vi havde ikke nogen god oplevelse af lejligheden i pankow. Egentlig var lejligheden flot, men på samme tid var der problemer med lejlighedens effekter som badeværelse og opvaskemaskine. Mest grænseoverskridende var det, at vi oplevede skadedyr i køkkenet under opholdet, og selvom ejeren reagerede øjeblikkeligt, var vores oplevelse ødelagt. Vi klagede og fik opsagt lejemålet med dags varsel, men vi kører pt en klagesag over det døgn, vi allerede havde betalt for. Ikke anbefalelsesværdigt!"

"This apartment was lovely really clean and spacious with every thing you need!! For a young group splitting the cost this would be a dream... good access to all the local attractions! Not the most affluent area but had everything you need, supermarket takeaways etc etc Negatives initially difficult to find and the apartment itself is up 10....Yes 10 flights of stairs , 112 steps...and no lift which I hadn’t realised taking my 83 year old Grandad and 2 toddlers with pushchair..as that isn’t...
