"The property is very central with easy pedestrian access to all major central areas. Streetview of the neighbourhood is a put-off, but it is much better than that impression. The apartment is reasonably furnished, but lighting is dim in the dining area. Reception is self check-in, which worked quite well, but I regret not being able to meet my host in person, an enjoyable part of travel. Self check-in discards another opportunity for human interaction. "

"The location really could not be beat in terms of proximity to the heart of Copenhagen. But for the high price, it was way too noisy and while linens etc were clean, the floors did not feel clean. The one-room apartment faces a courtyard where the sounds from the nearby cafe and any conversations by neighbors travel very well. Given that the owners forbid parties for the renters, I expected the area to be less of an all-night racket zone. "

"The location was great and we were pleased with the property. The overall condition and cleanliness was good, a few things weren’t very clean but not an issue. A shade for a window was missing by the sleeping couch and should be replaced. We loved the convenience of the location to the train and other shops and overall it was a very good stay."

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser. Mit dem Wasserbus ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk).
