"Everything we needed for a lovely week, wonderful walks to The Lizard along cliff path. We drove every day to Helston to pick up a newspaper & provisions. The minor downside is the narrow roads but we only had to back up once all week. We have rebooked again for next year. Fresh air, excellent outlook, no traffic & very private. Cadgwith a short walk along cliff path. Very quite & peaceful."

"Interestingly Rashliegh drive takes after the original owner of Duporth which is now an aesthetically pleasing development of a new village. No 10 was situated on the 1st floor with all mod con's included and a lovely sea view aspect and balconies to sit out and enjoy a coffee and the ambiance. We totally. The enjoyed our stay including the nice touch of powerful binoculars and will be pleased to stay again when next down in St Austell."

"You receive excellent communications from the host on location and how to gain access to the keys. I was in Flat 4 which had a well stocked kitchen with pans, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area had 2 large sofas and a large tv with access to netflix. I had the choice of either bedroom but the master was superb with a 10/10 mattress and pillows to suit. "We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

"The apartment is delightful, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet peaceful road and looks out over a playing field, with distant views over Falmouth and to the countryside. It's about a 20 to 25 minute walk to Falmouth centre (bit longer back up the hill!), but the walk is interesting and we went down a different road each time. We found it hard to leave! Our hosts Diana and Thijs were very welcoming and friendly and clearly enjoy having guests. All in all a lovely...

"This apartment gave us the best short break holiday we have had to date. Everything was spot on but what made it was the location, and the simply amazing view from the lounge bay windows and kitchen - overlooking Fowey and the river estuary - better than watching TV - with the world going past on water. Coastal walks were fantastic and what a refreshing change to go out on the local town by water taxi. The whole experience was fabulous!"
