"Kirk was absolutely amazing!! Rental is adorable and we loved it. The only drawback was the listing did not state unit was upstairs. It was extremely difficult to get luggage and medical supplies up 15 steps; however, when I mentioned it to Kirk he said he would have been happy to help us….wish I would have said something immediately but that is my fault for not wanting to be a “Karen”. Kirk was definitely the best host we have ever had and will stay with him again."

"This was a bright and clean little house. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful flowers and outdoor seating. Convenient laundry. Our pups loved playing frisbee in the fully fenced backyard. Happy little birds chirping in the mornings. Quiet area. Well lit at night. Our only recommendation is add another chair in the living room if possible. Be sure to check out this beautiful little dolly if you need a stop in the Memphis area."
