"We stayed on the top floor, in the West House. There's no elevator, but they have a dumbwaiter for your luggage. We didn't mind using the stairs and found the place and room very charming! You're in town, and across the street from the Witch House. Everything is walkable from here also. The complimentary breakfast in the cafe downstairs was nice and the staff are lovely! We'd definitely stay here again!"

"It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owner personally serves her customers and makes them feel at home. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was family style; my scrambled eggs were delicious. However the breakfast cost was extra. Also, I didn't have a bathroom in my room, but using the shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all. The area around the hotel is all residential, but you can easily walk to restaurants, transportation, or enjoy the nature near the Boston Reservoir....
