"My family and I stayed at the ULIV Cibeles and it fit our needs perfectly. The layout of the room was fantastic, with two bedrooms in one unit. The location is tough to beat, with the hotel right at the intersection of Roma/Condesa/Juarez. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I found thier whatsapp/app communication system to be less than effective - fortunately, whenever I visited the front desk with an issue or request, they handled it immediately and with skill, so this wasn't much...
