Staff is friendly and can help arrange tours and transportation. Also has a lovely cafe as part of the property. Downside would be no complimentary breakfast and lack of air conditioning (though a tower fan is provided). "

"I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana on Reforma probably a dozen times over the years and, for its price, it never disappoints. Parts of it are sort of dated, but in a cool, midcentury modern kind of way. The staff is always nice and the rooms are comfortable. It's fitness center also punches above its weight for a hotel of this ilk. It's definitely high on my list of places to stay on my frequent business trips to CDMX."
