"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

Only one minor thing was the location of plug points near a mirror and not having one which could be used for my partner Straigteners. Very minor but essential. Will definitely be returning 😀😀😀 "

"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. The luft is quirky but functional. The room was massive andhad a shabby chic feel. It had a fridge and kettle and a huge bed. Theviews from the windows were amazing and right into the square. Hotel was clean, however extra attention re cleaning in the lift, door handles, mirrors, skirting boards (the places often overlooked on daily cleaning) would really go far to making it feel spotless."
