"My room was back to back with the elevator so was awaken most of the night. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, paint off the wall in that area and holder could not hold paper roll. Also the vanity handle kept falling off because of wrong screw, stripped screw or something. Tried to fix it best I could. I reported these issues and sincerely hope I don't get charged for these. Otherwise very nice hotel, very clean room and good breakfast."

"We were going to arrive long after the normal check-in time. Called ahead to make them aware & the staff was more than accommodating, sending us an email of the gate code and a location of where to find the key. The facility is fairly new, so everything is in great condition. There is a pool and lazy river but it was too cold to enjoy during our visit, but we're intending to go back this summer. Office staff on premises were friendly and polite, with plenty of knowledge on dining & nightlife....
