"Great stay. House had everything we needed and great location. Just steps from the beach. The only thing disappointed with is the door connecting master bedroom to bathroom was inoperable. "

"Such amazing views from the property and gorgeous interior, especially the upper level! The bluff trails start directly from the back door leading to the beach. Note that there are 2 sets of stairs - one directly leading up to the main level from the front door and another to go to the upper level. "

"This house is great for a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and there's a huge dining room table. The reason I'm giving the house of 4 out of 5 1) the upstairs area didn't have any lighting except for one table lamp, so we didn't get to en that space. The lingking bed downstairs didn'tenjthat space."

"We loved this house! Everything was spotless, the linens nice, and the beds comfy. The house was well stocked with all the lights and drawers labeled, something I've never seen and really appreciated. The layout of the house was wonderful, my kids loved the foosball table. The location is very quiet and perfect for our family. We rode bikes to a sweet coffee shop and to the beach, and enjoyed the easy access to the Fort to Sea trail. We loved our stay and look forward to returning next...

"All in all it was amazing! We love Seaside and were there for an AAU basketball tournament. The bedrooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, and bathroom were clean. There are threethings I would recommend:# 1 is for your cleaning staff, they need to move the storage ottoman after every visit and vacuum, there were toys, puzzle pieces, and garbage under it when we moved it. (The ottoman is extremely heavy, it may take 2 people)# 2 leave the heart above 50 degrees when you’re expecting people...

"We had an amazing time at this property and we’re so thankful for the owner being so quick to respond to all of my many questions. The house was a bit cold as we couldn’t get the fireplace to stay on but it really wasn’t much of an issue. "

"This house was a perfect spot for us to land. It’s old as others have mentioned, but it’s comfortable and spacious. The yard is fenced, perfect for bringing our little dogs along. Location is an easy walk to the beach and down town.we were also given an early checkin which was so kind!"

"Accurate listing and great central location for Seaside. House could use some TLC. The upstairs floor squeak, which isn’t ideal for light sleepers as ourselves. Kitchen could use some mixing/salad bowls, tinfoil, and other common items for families wanting to stay in. Neighbor is quick to complain. Our kids were in town for a basketball tournament. Yes they were bouncing their basketball for a bit but they are kids and it was only 5 pm. "
