"3 nights stay for 6 persons and 6 rooms, straight forward check in and good information from the very friendly and helpful young lady (red hair). Throughout staff were friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast on 5th floor, hotel right on the main street. Comfy warm room, good shower and very clean, could do with bigger pillows and an in room safe, there is a safe at reception though. Definitely recommend it for a stay"

We had a couple of issues and staff did their best to help. AMAZING facials in the spa. Lovely location perfect for exploring. Breakfast okay, wasnt as impressive as expected based on reviews. "

"An excellent stay at a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, but it can get very busy. The room and hotel was kept very clean, there always seemed to be domestic staff in the corridors. If I return to Gdansk I would be happy to stay here again."
