"My stay in Hola was amazing , the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect because its close to everything , the cetre, the train station, to some nearby shopping and other attractions.The room are cozy and comfortable ,very clean and tidy too.I cant say enough about their breakfast , i really enjoyed it, they make the perfect scrambled eggs and so many other options to choose from.The hotel was everything i expected and i would recommend it 10/10 and more!"

"The front desk were helpful and friendly. The room carpet was a little stained but nothing major. Room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The day we wanted to utilize the indoor pool, they were having swim lessons so that was a bummer but we did get to use the jacuzzi which didn't get hot but it was no big deal. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel but my husband would probably suggest a different hotel next time. "

However I asked to the bar area to work between meetings but was the told the “boss was having a meeting”, there was enough space for me to work and for them to have their meeting, not very customer focused. The room was great but the need to invest in my need blackout curtains as I was awoken at 4:30am when the sun came up. "
