The morning of our scheduled arrival, I had to contact Vbro to file a complaint.The property was very old and grimy. The internet did not work at all - and we had people who were working remotely so had to leave to town to connect with internet. The power went out 2 days in a row and we had to wait 6 hours before an electrician came over and the second time, waited overnight for power. When...

Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"The property is astounding. Gorgeous, large garden with a lovely pool. The house is just beautiful and perfect with 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. It worked really, really well for our family. Nearby on-site houseman was super helpful and made things very easy for us. It was a 15-minute walk to bus stop to Florence city center. We just loved it."

"What a slice of paradise Marco's house is, it is better than the photos and the perfect place to retreat to after exploring the Tuscan countryside. Mrs Lucia, her sister and daughter gave us an unforgettable evening teaching us how to make pasta...something the kids will never forget. The pool was a beautiful relief from the heat.
