"The property was beautiful and overall we enjoyed our stay! The pool and the available excursions made it very enjoyable. Our only criticism is that we we’re originally told the restaurant would be open the first night we were there and it wasn’t. "A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. Breakfast was wonderful and the fact that this is adults only makes the property feel more tranquil than it would be otherwise."

"Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere."

"I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Castellare for two weeks with some friends and my parents. This was a trip that had to be postponed two years(!!) due to the pandemic, so it had some pretty high expectations to live up to, and it met them all. "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically.
