"We stayed in one of the suites and it was just fantastic. The bed was so comfy, I had the best sleep in years and as for the views well stunning is underselling. The food was great and all the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. The only thing that is slightly negative is that the dining area is small and others can here your conversation but they have made the most of the limited space that they have. We honestly loved our stay. "

The only thing that I didn’t like was the green LED on the exit light above my door was bright and disturbed my rest as i like a dark room to sleep in.. when everything else is so good, something like this tends to stand out unfortunately. "The property, service and cleanliness were excellent even though they were under staffed it did not affect the service. It was surrounded by commercial businesses which would have put us off booking had we known however, it did spoil our stay it just didn't make for scenic breakfasts. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were."

"Interior design of the hotel is superb - clearly a lot of thought (and money) invested in the revamp. The only let down was the shambolic bar service -35 minutes waiting for a drink order to appear. The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"

"Booked this hotel as it was close to family we were visiting on a last minute trip. Ample parking on arrival and a very friendly helpful young gentleman at reception, he knew the answer to any questions we had and was so knowledgeable - a real credit to the hotel. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant even though we hadn’t booked and it was no problem at all, there was a small menu and only one vegetarian option but it was really lovely, one of the nicest meals I’ve had in a long time and...
