"This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. Fully recommend. "

"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay...

"Very comfortable but the service is terrible. No bathrobes, no slippers, everything takes forever. Housekeeping is the worst. It took an hour to get 2 handtoowels, toilet roll and drinking water, which was not refreshed in the room. The next day our room was not seviced till 7pm, yes 7pm, after many phone calls and chatting with the manager. Breakfast is very good but be patient for coffee, milk etc. Dont waste your money paying extra for Oceanview, we were in room 249 and all we saw was bush...

"Denise & Lou we’re amazing hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, room was clean and included all we needed, very quiet area within easy walking distance to the shops, beach and hiking trails, and the food was to die for, thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable, we look forward to returning in the near future"
