"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "Lovely place with extremely friendly and helpful staff- they could not do enough to be helpful and welcoming. The monkeys visiting the balcony each morning were lovely too heheh. Evening meals were of good quality homely style, in big portions. Loved the little touches like the complimentary truffles and sweet wine - plus I have never encountered rose petals in the loo before. There are 2 rooms per cottage unit but I was never conscious of the people in the adjacent room. This is a lovely place...
