"We appreciated the location, view and cozy guesthouse. We wanted to be close to the university as we were visiting our son. The kitchen windows and main entrance face the main home so there is less privacy but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The best highlights of the home for me was the great view, easy parking, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, warm fireplace in master, and comfortable seating in the living area. "The owners were very sweet and accommodating. The room was great. The heater was noisy, but I closed the bedroom door and put my earplugs in. The handle on the shower was hard to operate. I would suggest more lighting going down the stairs to my car. But overall, I thought the place was charming and saw a doe and her FAWN in the morning. It also would’ve been nice to have some ice in the refrigerator."

He then told me I needed to cancel the booking and when I tried, it said I couldn’t cancel without forfeiting the cost. I have now been charged and still don’t have a resolution.
