"CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. Open the window and hear the train that is right below. Host doesn’t speak English and was not flexible. We left 2 days early without refund. Even at the extra expense I could not stay in that room.
