"Vi skulle bo lite finare, lite bättre en natt. Vi brukar alltid försöka hitta det billigaste alternativet annars. Dom krav jag klicka i var gratis parkering och frukost. Vi blev djupt besvikna. Det va väldigt svårt att hitta hotellet. Det fanns ingen tydlig skylt och man fick gå in på en bakgård. Först satt vi och vänta i receptionen i över 20 min på att någon skulle komma. Jag tröttnade ur och ringde upp Hotels kundtjänst å då kom en städerska och hjälpte oss. Hon kunde ingen engelska alls....
