"Convenient from Termini railway station. It can be a little confusing to find on the busy streets surrounding the station. All staff I met were very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood may seem sketchy but I never felt unsafe. It's a very busy city."

"Hotel Golden is in the perfect location when visiting Rome! It’s a 15 minute walk to Trevi and the other major sites, but far enough out that you can avoid the massive crowds. There are numerous options to dine, literally right out the front door! However, contrary to Expedia’s description the hotel does not have laundry services or its own restaurant. We felt very safe at Hotel Golden. It is a family run business and the family resides on property. "

"Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Paba with my son. Arrived very late on first night . Woke up earlier than I wanted to as the reception area was right outside our room. Told front desk , I was not happy and Lisa at front desk was awesome. Relocated us to another room for small upcharge because it was bigger and I will say totally worth it. Location was awesome, less than 5 minute walk to the Colleseum. Plenty of restaurants in area and the one next door was open very late. We ate there around 1 am...

"Really nice hotel that was within walking distance to all main sites (colosseum 10 mins along one straight road, other main sites 15/20mins away). Room was a decent size for a family of 4 and the elevator was a beautiful old one (one of the 1st in Rome).
