"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations"

The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is that we were charged for water bottles. Found that strange. Apart from that, everything was spectacular. "
