"We really like the location and the staffs. Especially, Marrianna K is so helpful, She goes above and beyond her duties.She helped us so much from the time we checked in, reserving all the restaurants, the driver for the outing. She is so kind and patience. Leornado Palerma is also very helpful and friendly too. We will go back to this hotel again if we visit Florence. the breakfast is fantastic and its healthy. "The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
