"We asked for extra towels and they were rude enough to say they didn’t have any at the front desk or offered to get some from the back. As soon as we walked in the owner or manager was very rude to the front desk staff! "

"They have renovated this hotel recently and it looks great. Customer service at the main counter and restaurant was great but a lot of the staff at the bar were new and they need to work on customer service there. Ivan was there Saturday. He is great but the lady who had the pool area on Friday would never made her way around outside during the three hours we were at the pool. "

"This is a great place to stay. Right across the street is the beach. The view of beach from our room was spectacular. They have good breakfast with a nice variety to choose from. Plus they serve breakfast until 10am. In the back of the motel the have an area to place cornhole, a large chess board and pieces, and an outdoor bowling lane. The one complaint i have is they don't allow drinks of any kind.at the pool. It's a great pool that would be better if that rule was changed."
