"Really lovely building & environment & the room was lovely & very clean The shower had very good pressure but too small & cramped and I kept knocking the lever by accident which either changed the temperature or switched it off. "Really family friendly. Kids loved it. Waterpark and choice of pools was great. 10yr old absolutely loved kids club and the team there. Evening shows were really great. All restaurants are buffet style, no al a carte ones if you prefer that style. There is an olympic sized pool which meant there where lots of swim clubs there for half term swim camp which meant there was lots of groups of older kids around. They were no bother and well behaved but not something had experienced in other hotels....

"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good.
