"Casa Jacinta is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. The one thing is their neighbor. Unfortunately, they had really loud small dogs that barked most of the night. They smoke heavily so you smell cigarettes often. There is a rooster adjacent that adds to the noise all night. It’s such a charming historical home but if you want to sleep at night, don’t count on it at least on the 19th side of the street. "
