"You must meet your host for the key, however he does not speak much English so that was a challenge. Be sure to email and call a few days in advance of your arrival to ensure that you can get a hold of someone if you need to communicate in English. "The house was incredible. The view was amazing. We enjoyed watching the ducks and swans. The only problem was finding the house the first time. It was well located for skiing and the slopes were not over crowded. Kitchen was outstanding and well equipped. Living room was comfortable. We had a great time. "

"Our family of 5 (aged 18+) had a wonderful stay in Chalet Esther, Brienz. The weather was perfect while we were there, so we spent most of our time exploring the whole area. But, we always came home for dinner together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (no microwave), and grocery stores were easy to get to.
