"We really enjoyed our stay at Eric's place. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, private, neighborhood with an excellent view of downtown. "This unit worked well for us and our dog loved the fenced yard. Spacious, smells nice, plenty of hot water for showers, kitchen had most of what we needed, dishes, pans, etc. (didn't find a cutting board or pizza cutter though, so we used the kitchen scissors instead.) We weren't allowed to use the fireplace, but there were space heaters if it got chilly. You can hear people upstairs, though it wasn't excessive, just what you would normally expect if you were staying downstairs in anyone's home....
