The woman working at the front desk was so rude and she was eating and speaking at the same time totally unprofessional and the way she express and spoke to me was unacceptable. She is talking about the hotel policy which was my first time there and it was just the way she treated me which I am pretty sure every one gets that treatment. Very poor customer services and extremely rude.

Surestay is accessible to transportation, just a few minute walk to Capilano Suspension Bridge, there's a covenience store beside it, so easy to go to Downtown and Waterfront. Nice Staff, especially Roland. Amazing pillows and bed.

This was a nice small clean property. Very close to Lions Gate bridge to go across to Stanley Park and downtown. Transit very close for accessibility to downtown and trains to airport
