"The room was modern and spotlessly clean, although compact; kettle, beverages, hairdryer and ironing board provided, along with a good supply of coat hangers in the wardrobe. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. A slight downside was that the rear access (fire escape) and kitchen extractor system were right outside our window, so a bit noisy in the late evening and early morning. "Very enjoyable stay. Owners are very nice and welcoming and happy to help. Very clean and modern property. Superbly tasty breakfast. Room and en suite of a generous size and comfy bed. Good location, tram stop for getting into the city centre is only a short walk up the road. For us the only downsides were limited parking although we were lucky to get the driveway spot and the road it’s situated on is quite noisy, even at night. Nevertheless we would stay again."
