"We had a lovely stay at Furio’s apartment in Taormina. There were two couples in our group. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the downtown area with wonderful shops and a variety of restaurants. Furio kindly arranged valet parking for us (20 Euro per day) and a private tour of Mt Etna (60 Euro per person). "We spent a week in this apartment and found it an ideal base for local outings, including Taormina and Etna. Forza d'Agro is a bit like a hill-top Sicilian St Ives - all tiny alleys and steep streets and stairs, with excellent restaurants. The chocolate museum was pretty original too! The apartment is well-equipped and clean, with a lovely terrace giving the most amazing views along the coast and across the valley to the mountains."
