"Our room faced out front on floor one, it could be quite noisy. Not consistent with what time room was cleaned everyday so some days we would come back about 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned. "

"Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent amenities, such as pool, spa, and great bar & restaurant. It is also beautiful and has great decor. I loved the stone look inside. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, they gave us robes, slippers, and other kits. Every day they did the bed and provided chocolate and coffee pods, for the coffee machine. We stayed there on Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The food at the bar and brunch is really good. We had sardines and a charcuterie board with wine and Sangria. The service of the hotel is excellent, they were very attentive and let us check in our luggage for free. We had a late flight, so they let us store the bags for free. The hotel is very well located and centered in Porto, very close to many different attractions. We never took public transportation, but it is close to them. There are also many different restaurants and shops around it. I would stay here again for sure!"

"The hotel entrance is beautiful and smells amazing! The room was very tastefully decorated, Clarins toiletries, coffee machine and the view of the bridge was amazing. Just a shame I couldn’t try the breakfast as it starts at 7.30 and I had to leave early. Will be my first choice if I ever stay in Porto again!"
