"Stayed here for a single night. The heat hadn’t been set for our room so it was freezing upon arrival. We had requested another blanket and it was never brought. Bed was comfortable and room was otherwise nice. "

"Although the booking says parking included I was charge $15 per day until I went back and asked and it was reversed as a good will gesture (?). That should be settled with the traveling companies not arbitrarily charged to the customers. Perhaps at the time you are asked if you have a car parked at check in and handed a tag the charge should be disclosed. "

"Amazing experience. Had a small issue which was rectified immediately. Awesome customer service provided by Tracy, Cory, Lauren, Allen, Leanne and the person that checked us in on Thursday. KUDOS to Tracy for having a well managed hotel. Breakfast was great and was prepared with cleanliness. The breakfast facility was also very clean and immaculate. Hotel property is In a great locating with restaurants and stores very close in proximity. The hotel also does a great job reaching out to nearby restaurants to get guests a discount. Well done also upgrading. I saw some negative complaints and suggest you take them with a grain of salt. Staff and Management will do everything they can to remediate any issues. The pool is also awesome and clean. We brought our Dog and they treated us well. Thank you so much Tracy and Team!"

"The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't enough parking for hotel guests to park well they stay their whole time at the hotel.. Compared to other guests that stay before their flights and then leave their cars there until they return.."
