"Second trip to Madrid. Rented a vehicle on this trip. We had to take the shuttle until the rental car opened. You should call if you are arriving late. Took 45 mins to get a shuttle. The hotel is great but if you don’t have a vehicle I would stay closer to the metro stations. Fantastic service. I would definitely stay again but only with a car. "

"Booked a small room since I had a long layover and was able to check in very late to get some rest before my next flight. The breakfast was good, and the staff was always very helpful. There are many restaurants near the hotel and the train from the airport is only a few minutes walk. Only negative is the shower is very small but other than that everything was perfect. The area around the hotel feels very safe."
