"This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect. "

"I thought this was a hotel and was surprised I had to go to a separate location to check in. Both locations had old, grimy entrances, hallways and elevators. However, the room itself was super clean, modern and inviting. The location for shopping was excellent and the nearby restaurants were great. "

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."
